All of Rejuvia’s products start with naturally developed proprietary strains of phytocannabinoid rich (PCR) hemp. All of our hemp is grown in clean, fertile soil in Colorado using organic farming practices. These strict guidelines ensure the continued enhancement of our superior strains of hemp and the purity, potency, and consistency of our organic hemp CBD products.
RAW HEMP PROCESSING
The hemp plants are harvested, dried and warehoused. When they are needed for production, they are milled into a coarse powder following very strict standards. After processing, the powder is ready for manufacturing at our plant in Colorado.
PROPRIETARY EXTRACTION AND PURIFICATION
We use a proprietary extraction and purification process to create our phytocannabinoid rich (PCR) hemp oil products. Our methods allow us to preserve the whole plant profile. This means our hemp oil contains a broad spectrum of beneficial phytocannabinoids, terpenes, sterols, and flavonoids from the natural plant. Our process also removes unwanted compounds, undesirable plant waxes, and chlorophyll while preventing degradation of natural molecules. The result? The highest quality broad spectrum hemp oil available.
CBD by itself offers health benefits but the latest research is finding that products that contain these other naturally occurring cannabinoids, terpenes and flavonoids work in concert to multiply the benefits. This is commonly called the Entourage Effect.
The oil is vacuum distilled to remove the food-grade ethanol used in the extraction process from the hemp extract. We proudly use food-grade ethanol and are one of the few facilities in the world that does.
THC REMOVAL AND REFINING
We use proprietary chromatographic technology to selectively remove any detectable traces of THC, the only psychoactive component, from our phytocannabinoid-rich hemp oil. We are able to confirm the absence of THC using High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) tests. The THC is separated out instantly and the other components of the oil are left intact.
IN-HOUSE AND THIRD PARTY LAB TESTING
Every production run is rigorously tested in-house for potency and quality to ensure that our PCR hemp oil is pure and consistent. Each batch is issued a Certificate of Analysis (COA). The testing is also verified through independent, third-party labs with Certificates of Analysis and Potency Reports readily available to our customers by scanning the QR code right on the product. This is your assurance that what’s on the label is what’s in the bottle.
Accurate testing of our products is of utmost importance to us to ensure they meet our high-quality standards. Our promise to you is that our PCR hemp oil products are pure and natural. No harmful solvents are used in the processing and our final organic hemp CBD products are completely free of solvents.
Some of our products need to go through another process that uses our proprietary nanoemulsion technology. Our hemp oil is transformed into nano-sized emulsions. The average size of our droplet in this form is 25 nanometers which is considerably smaller than the 100-5000 nanometers usually obtained using the industry standard method. The tiny size of our nanoemulsion hemp oil results in a much higher absorption in the bloodstream. Our nanoemulsions are industry leading with over 50% absorption compared to our competitors at less than 20%.
This nanoemulsion process can make our formulas two times more bioavailable than oil-based products. What does this mean for you? You can use less of the product made with this process and achieve the same benefit as the products sold by most of our competitors. That’s a win! Great organic CBD products, great value, great results. Because, not all CBD is created equal.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: I’ve heard of broad-spectrum CBD, full-spectrum CBD, and CBD isolate. What’s the difference?
A: This is a commonly asked and very understandable question. This is because it can be difficult to understand what product might truly fit your needs without knowing the distinctions and differences between them. In essence, when choosing a CBD product, you should know the following:
- Full-Spectrum CBD: A full-spectrum CBD product may also often be referred to as a “whole plant” product. This means that it contains everything that the cannabis plant itself contains, including things like flavonoids, terpenes, naturally occurring fatty acids, and other beneficial cannabinoids beyond CBD, each of which have their own medicinal and therapeutic value. People often seek out full-spectrum CBD products in order to attain the nutritional benefits of these other elements as well.
- Broad–Spectrum CBD: Like full-spectrum CBD products, broad-spectrum CBD products also contain a full and varied array of cannabinoids and terpenes. An important difference, however, is that a broad-spectrum CBD product contains no THC. Companies like Rejuvia, that offer broad-spectrum CBD products, use sophisticated extraction and refinement processes to ensure that the THC is removed while beneficial compounds that are desired remain.
- CBD Isolate: As its name implies, products with this label isolate CBD on its own, apart from other cannabinoids. This is accomplished during the extraction process when everything else contained in the plant matter is removed, aside from the CBD itself. This is often a choice for those who are sensitive to other cannabinoids and ingredients but still want the benefits of taking CBD.
Why is it important to purchase organically grown CBD? As is the case with the huge majority of products, not all CBD is created equal. The purest CBD products begin with the highest quality hemp, which we insist upon at Rejuvia. Customers who purchase CBD products, sourced from organically grown hemp, can be assured that their product is free of any harmful pesticides, solvents, or other contaminants that may either be used to treat the crops or found in the soil itself. After all, most of us who use CBD are very conscious of our health. We want the beneficial ingredients but not the harmful ones. An organic growing process helps to ensure exactly that.
How long will I have to use your products before I notice a difference in my health? One of the many wonderful things about CBD is that it takes effect quickly. Unlike some prescription medications where slowly building up a tolerance is required before any beneficial effects are noted, the beneficial effects of CBD are noticed fairly quickly and increased doses are often not needed to continue experiencing the beneficial effects. Safe, natural, beneficial, and non-addictive – that’s the wonder of CBD.
